Biography

Paul Walsh is a British photographer from the Midlands now living in the South of England. He works on personal projects and commissions throughout the UK and internationally. His personal work explores the relationship between walking and photography where he creates projects drawn from the physical, psychological and historical experience of walking. Aside from his personal work he is a founding member of the photography collective MAP6, which has been exhibiting throughout the UK and abroad since 2011. He has recently returned from Tanzania where he was the expedition photographer for the NGO Raleigh international. He is currently working on a collaborative project based in Finland with the MAP6 collective, as well as his own long term project exploring walking culture in the UK.
