The photographs shown in “WEST” are made in the USA, specifically in California, Nevada and Arizona in 2014. On numerous occasions, photographers use photography to express, document or reflect on what happens to us, initiating a dialogue with the viewer that creates certain tensions. “WEST” is a simple and sincere proposal because it is simply photographs I’ve been doing as a log for a wonderful trip through the American West, portraying everything aroused my interest.
